Refund policy

At Sani Auri, we create experiences, products, and offerings with intention and care. This policy exists to provide clarity and fairness for both our community and our business.
Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Beauty Services
Grace Policy:
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed for appointments, subject to a $25 fee.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, the full balance of the service will be charged.
- Rebooking a new appointment will require both a new deposit and fee.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made before 30 days of appointment will receive a full refund. Ex. An appointment on July 1st refunds are allowed up until June 1st.
- However, if you cancel on June 14th, the deposit will be forfeited.
No Call No Show Policy:
- Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge for the full cost of the service.
Deposit & Reschedule Policy
- Reschedules made more than 30 days before the appointment will allow a transferable deposit. For example, if you reschedule an appointment on July 1st, you can transfer the deposit up until June 1st.
- However, if you reschedule on July 14th, the deposit will be forfeited.
Experiences, Events & Gatherings
This includes ticketed experiences and any future in-person or virtual events.
All event tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
This policy helps us plan thoughtfully and honor commitments made to vendors, partners, and venues.

Event Changes or Cancellation
If Sani Auri cancels an event or makes a significant change (date, location, or format), ticket holders will be offered:

a full refund or

the option to transfer the ticket to a future experience
Digital Products & Content
This includes digital downloads, guides, courses, memberships, or other digital content.
All digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, refunds cannot be issued once access has been granted.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us so we can assist.
Physical Products
If physical products are offered (such as merchandise or goods), the following applies:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions & Consideration
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. While this policy applies in all standard circumstances, we encourage you to reach out if you have a concern.
Any exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of Sani Auri.
