Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Processing time refers to the period between when an order is placed and when it is prepared for shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, limited releases, or special launches, processing times may be extended. Any delays will be communicated clearly.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, Sani Auri is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Domestic & International Shipping
At this time, Sani Auri may offer domestic shipping within the United States. International shipping availability will be communicated at the time of purchase if offered.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Sani Auri is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Sani Auri is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If assistance is needed, we are happy to help guide you through the process.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
